Digital Asset Manager

The Digital Asset Manager is responsible for storage and retrieval of digital files on all applicable projects.

The Digital Asset Manager is expected to maintain a presence in their area of industry expertise as demonstrated by participation in industry and trade associations.

Responsibilities as Archivist (50%)

Re-asset verification

Load assets into Creative Vault, ftp, DVD responsibilities as Librarian (50%)

Maintain Creative Vault

Requirements for this job:

-Five or more years of advertising industry print production experience, including production of commercial and advertising print materials

-Two or more years of experience with electronic file management, including use of the follow software

Platform: Mac OS 9 and OS 10

Page layout: Quark 4.1.1, InDesign cs, Quickcut

Creative manipulation: Illustrator cs, Photoshop cs

Digital preview: Acrobat 4-6.0

Transmission: ftp

-Ability to work without close supervision
